Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a typical equipment only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided as a gift. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains in one hosting account. This is possible due to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager section. The other hosting Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use 2 separate web hosting user accounts. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain name registration/transfer/administration opportunities. If you go for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated server, there will be no CP opportunity.
Hosted Site Names 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your Top Level Domains in a single user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel devices do not provide such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and this is why they require TWO different hosting user accounts: 1 domain management/billing/support account and 1 site administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will notice that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel is available with Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated hosting server.
